The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) Center, University of Mysore, Mysore is a Nodal Agency recognized by the UGC, New Delhi for conducting the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) for lectureship/Assistant Professor since 2010 [No. F.7-1/2005(NET) dated 7th September 2010] to conduct one test . This center is re accreditated for third time on 2024 [No. F.7-30/2012(NET/SET) dated 14th September 2024] to conduct three tests from 2024 to 2024.

my total percentage is 53.73 in all the papers. my subject is commerce and I am falling under OBC catagory can i get through in the exam
isnt it stupid that and sad that a person who gets very less scores and passes because of quotas is as an asst.prof. but a gen merit guy who score more than that person but doesnt get cut off is considered not qualified to teach. such a retarded system. You are right. A genuine poor SC/ST reserved guy who score 58% ( which is close to GM CUTOFF ) should never be allowed to get any job or education and he should die in poverty itself. He couldn’t afford the education. He studies by himself with what little resources he have and here you GM people shitting on his way to get a better future. Let him get job or atleast a education, conduct regular assessment of his performance in job if he couldn’t perform remove him. Dont judge every reserved guy to be dumb. given an opportunity he too will excel. And there are some reserved People who dont take any allowances or scholarships from government on reservation basis just to prove they are no Less in competitiveness from GM. Nowadays its become trend to vilify the reserved category. If possible first treat the Low Caste people to your equal, Allow them inside your home and treat them as normal human beings. where most are still treating Dalits as not human beings at all.
As a citizen contribute in betterment of those poor people. If at all there was no caste division from beginning who would’ve asked for it.
