Bihar PSC Civil Judge 31st Competitive Examination Exam Pattern 2024
As you all know that Bihar Public Service Commission going to conduct a written examination for civil judge PCS J recruitment 2024. In the Official notification BPSC has clearly introduce us with Bihar PSC Civil judge exam pattern 2024. Bihar Public Service Commission will conduct this exam from General knowledge including current affairs, Elementary General Science, General Hindi, General English and Law of evidence and procedures. After that, candidate need to choose three subjects from various five subject from which unit that appeared in the written examination they are Constitutional and Administrative Law, Law of Transfer of Property, Principle of equity, Law of trusts and Specific Relief, and Law of contracts and torts commercial law.
Bihar PCS J Admit Card 2024
An interview test of 100 marks will be conducted for the successful candidates in the written test. The qualifying mark for the interview test will be 35%. The final merit list will be prepared based on the sum of the marks obtained in the written test and interview. If he leaves before the completion of 3 years of service or resigns, then he should leave 3 months before Information must or must provide a cash deposit equal to the salary of his replacement 3 months and more.

Educational Qualification
Candidates will be required to give a signature or certificate by the head of the college or the competent authority of the university in respect of the degree issued by various college institutes for the Bachelor of Law or its equivalent educational qualification from University Institute recognized by Bar Council of India. That in the relevant learning session The College Institute University is accredited by the New Delhi were disapproved the application in the absence of the certificate.
Age Limit
The minimum age limit of the candidates should be more than 22 years as on 18 May 2019 and the maximum age limit should be less than 35 years on 18 May 2018, but for the reserved category candidates and for the national unreserved category women candidates, age 40 on the said date Should be less than and above 22 years.
Application Fee
- For General candidates ₹ 600.
- For candidates of Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes of Bihar State need to pay one and a half hundred ₹ 150.
- All women candidates to permanent residents of Bihar State need to pay ₹ 150.
- For Physically handicapped person they need to pay ₹ 150.
- Any other candidates need to pay ₹ 600.
