  490. ,रेलवे मे सरकारी नोकरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया का अनोखा नियम आप 100% अंक पाने के बाद भी असफल घोषित कर दिया जायेग मतलब एग्जामिनेशन देने का कोई अर्थ नहीं क्यों की रेलवे ने ऐसी प्रक्रिया खोजी है की सलेक्शन असंभव है
    प्रक्रिया: rti से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार रेलवे का एग्जामिनेशन कई ग्रुप या पाली मे होता है N.T.P.c. examination 2015, के पहले main एग्जामिनेशन मे तीन प्रकार के प्रश्न पत्र use किया जाता था इन मै से एक पेपर को standard मानकर उसके सापेक्ष नोअर्मालिज़शन / स्केलिंग की जाता जिसे की तीनों पेपर मे एकरूपता मीन्स weingh बैलेंस बनाया जा सके किन्तु जब scaling मार्क्स 100% से अधिक हो जाये तो standard सेट या ग्रुप माने गये सभी candidate का सलेक्शन असम्भव हैं बिकॉज़ standard सेट या ग्रुप के अंक नहीं बढ़ते है किंतु शेष दोनों सेटस के अंक बढे गये या घटेगा क्यों की जिस सेट या ग्रुप औसत कम है वह बढे गा किंतु जिसक औसत जादा है वह घटेगा मीन्स तीनोसेट्स या ग्रुप का औसत बराबर किया जाता है।किन्तु standard सेट्स या ग्रुप के candidate घाटा होता है क्यों वे 100% से अधिक अंक नहीं प्राप्त कर सकता इसलिय उस ग्रुप या स्टैंडर्ड सेट के कैंडिडेट का सलेक्शन असंभव हैं।

    • pls mention ur category.and for any category there will be chances for asm and senior clerk if u got more than 80 marks since there are only 15 candidates available for each post and 8 candidates would be considered for each asm post.
      so u have 100% chances for ASM psychometry test and give ur best in psychometry test to get ASM.if u have category sure u ll get better job

      4-5 key mistakes in my shift if possible my score would be 76 and afetr normalization it may gain 4-5 marks.
      so,i hope U and I in the same mark and we have 100% chances for ASM psychometry test.

    • surely, as far as my experience because i am already in railway job so i faced this situation & i got qualify.
      stage 2 marks will be normalized based mark, no matter how many u have secured marks it is all about negative percentile basic.
      Surroundings says that your rrb board might decide to make cut off mark for Gen 89-94,Obc 84-89, Sc 85-89

    • Well priti, it sems that you have got 79.33 which is good marks as for your rrb silliguri board because silliguri board has just announced that presentity of candidate is below 75%.
      So you can expect atleast ASM ,Goods Guard for sure,
      Don’t panic trust my opinion, because i am a railway staff recently join in 2015. so i can say that you definitely got some post.
